REFUND POLICY

 

We hope your blissfully in love with your order! however we do understand that sometimes it can be a little tricky ordering online. In the case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store gift card only.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise ASAP and we will issue you a store gift card if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store gift cards can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason, any accepted returns will automatically be issued as a store gift card that will allow you to choose a different item or the same item, provided it is available.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 daysof the order delivery date.
  • Any issues with your order must be emailed to us at info@blissboutique.com.au within the first week of receiving your item/s. Anything outside this timeframe, may not be accepted back.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed so please take care when trying on your order.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners, vibrators, Undercover Style Helpers.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements set above, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing.

 STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS

  • When your return is processed you will receive a gift card for the amount you paid for the item at the time of purchase
  • You will receive an email containing your gift card
  • Gift Cards do not expire
  • Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with Sale Items and sitewide

 FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received your garment with a fault or received the incorrect garment, please contact info@blissboutique.com.au with pictures of the fault within 48hrs of receiving your garment/s. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. Please note - All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our Bliss Boutique team.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

  • International returns that are accepted, will be issued with a gift card once received back to our office.
  • Bliss Boutique do not cover the cost of returns
  • We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as Bliss Boutique is not responsible if your return goes missing in delivery
